Rotation Resistant

We have a large selection of rotation resistant wire ropes in store from a range of suppliers. When under pressure, some forms of wire rope, particularly lang lay wire rope, are more prone to spin. Rotation resistant wire rope can be used in a single line or a multi-part system and is designed to resist twisting, spinning, or rotating. When handling, unreeling, and installing rotation resistant wire rope, extreme caution is required. Improper handling or spooling can cause the rope to twist, resulting in uncontrolled rotation.

Specialized wire ropes

We have a large selection of specialist wire ropes in store for a number of purposes. In applications such as offshore pedestal, crawler, and lattice boom fitted truck crane boom hoists, specialized wire rope is advised for use when the rope is subjected to heavy use or where the conditions are particularly abusive. These ropes are also recommended for winch lines, overhead cranes, multi-part hoist lines that do not require rotation-resistant ropes, and other applications that demand flexibility, high strength, and crushing resistance.

Aircraft Cable

Aircraft cables are stranded wires used in a number of applications on and around planes. They can be used for a variety of things, including electrical wiring harnesses, tie-downs, stabilizers, and safety fasteners, among other things.

Coated wire rope is often utilized when abrasion resistance and flexibility are required.

Phosphating coating steel wire rope (China patent), by phosphating manganese or zinc manganese, wear and corrosion resistance of steel wire surface to enhance the grease into the pores of the phosphating film to abnormal excellent antifriction effect, effectively inhibiting the occurrence of fretting wear, is a substitute for plain steel wire rope upgrade in atmospheric environment life is far beyond the surface structure of wire rope, including imported wire rope (the fatigue life).

The phosphating film weighs between 3 and 60 grams per square meter 2. The steel wire will not be drawn or treated after it has been phosphated. The wire rope should be twisted directly. Note that the drawing should not be confused with the zinc phosphating system or the steel wire manganese phosphating system. Galvanized Wire Rope

A galvanized cable wire is a steel wire that has a thin layer of zinc applied to it to prevent corrosion.

Galvanized steel wire rope with two types of galvanizing: hot dip and galvanizing. Hot-dip galvanized steel wire has a thicker zinc layer. The corrosion resistance increases with the thickness of the zinc layer. The galvanizing becomes thinner as the service duration increases. For use in water, hot galvanized steel wire rope should be chosen. Manganese phosphating coating wire rope can replace some types of thin galvanized steel wire rope, such as atmospheric environment, but the air humidity high-temperature environment, because phosphating coating has certain corrosion resistance.

Bright Wire Rope

Stainless Wire Rope

Stainless steel wire rope is a good corrosion-resistant choice that also performs well in high moisture and acidic situations, such as those seen in maritime rigging.

Stainless steel wire rope, such as 304 or 316 stainless steel, has a higher corrosion resistance than hot galvanized carbon steel wire rope, but the price is higher. The stainless steel wire for manganese phosphating coating (stainless steel wire requires special phosphating), can also greatly extend the service life.

High-temperature environment
