The rubber tyred gantry equipment has made a lot of innovations from design to research and development, to production and debugging. The specific aspects of the tailored portable gantry crane are as follows:

Tire gantry crane system adopts the four-wheel driven system, equipped with a three-in-one medium and large variable speed motor, and the steering system adopts a steering wheel type ring gear steering motor, together with PLC automatic angle sensor control, to make the whole gantry crane system flexible on the in-situ steering control.

The lifting platform of the workstation and the single-beam suspension crane share the same suspension end beams, which is convenient for the electric hoist to hoist the material to the working platform, and cooperate with the platform staff to assemble. The lifting and lowering of the working platform adopts chain drive, which is stable, safe and efficient. The platform is humanized and equipped with 220V power sockets, lighting and fans.

In order to meet the windproof requirements of outdoor valve welding operations, the workstation is equipped with a color steel roof, and fast stacking doors are installed on three sides. When the platform is transported to the working station, covering at the end of the tank body and the stacking door is lowered to form a working room and a relatively comfortable workshop for welding workers, which greatly improves the working environment in the work area.

The power of the whole vehicle adopts a silent diesel generator set, which cuts off the limitation of the towing cable operation on the working area of the platform.
The overall design of the workstation is beautiful and simple, and the arc-shaped arch is designed to match the tank body, which integrates the soft beauty into the industrial equipment.
