We are looking to find a solution for our warehouse space in Cyprus. We will need a crane to be able to lift 2 tonnes to about 7m height and have a 6m traveling distance.
Attached a photo our warehouse door and where we plan to install the crane.
We are thinking of 2 solutions and would like your quotation for 2 crane systems as below, of course any other ideas are welcome:

• 1. Outdoor 2 tonne Jib crane height about 8m and traveling distance 6m
• 2. Outdoor 2 tonne Free standing bridge crane which we can fix on ground and can have height of about 8m, length 6m and width 2.5m.crane to have traveling distance about 6m one axis and 2m on the other axis.

For 2 solutions above please offer both remote control operation and operation by wire.
Also since this will be used outside please inform us whether we can make a metal cover like roof on top of the crane so we can be able to use the crane even if it rains. Please take into consideration that sometimes there is wind of 50km/h with gusts of 100km/h so the whole structure and roof cover must be wind resistant!
Electricity is 380v and we will need all ce certificates to import to Cyprus.
Crane is to be shipped to Limassol Cyprus so please also provide price for freight.

• Modify the cantilever parameters, change the lifting height from 7M to 8M, confirm the lifting weight of 2T or 2.5T, and the cantilever foundation map.

• Confirm the cantilever wind resistance and customer wind speed requirements;
  Reply: it cannot be done according to the specified wind speed greater than or equal to level 6.
• The wind speed requirement mentioned by the customer is the crane should be workable in the wind with speed of 50km/h and with gusts of 100km/h.
  Reply： The outdoor jib crane can be workable in the wind with wind speed of 38km/h. At that time, the wind speed could not meet the customer's requirements, so the customer was asked to consider the truss-type gantry crane. After the communication, the customer replied that he insisted on the jib crane plan.
• The design of the outdoor jib crane rain cover;
  The customer hopes to lift things normally outdoors in rainy days without getting the goods wet. The size of the rain cover should be large. Considering the wind resistance, the outdoor jib cranes cannot fully meet the customer's needs.

  Reply: a, Our columns and rail bearing beams are made of H-shaped steel structure, and inclined supports are added on both sides.b, Our overhead crane is equipped with electric wire rope hoist. The lifting speed is faster. This scheme is much better than chain hoist.
• What is the max wind speed we can use it?
  Reply: Less than level 6, the maximum wind speed is 38 km/h.
• Should we make the 4 big columns longer to put in the ground? How do you propose to fix in ground?
  Reply: The height of the column is determined according to the lifting height. The height of each column I give you is 8m, it doesn't need to be lengthened.
  You need to make the foundation of the column and put the anchor bolts in it to fix the column. I send you three pictures of columns foundation for your reference.
• Please specify the metal structure sizes and specifications( what type of metal etc)
  Reply: The column is HN346*174*6*9, 53kg/m, the runway beam is HN346*174*6*9,46kg/m.The material of steel structure is Q235B.
