The headquarter of the customer's enterprise is located is Doha, Qatar. Their business is relatively extensive, mainly including concrete & asphalt plants, concrete placing booms, concrete cooling plants, concrete recycling plants, lifting equipment, building maintenance units, generators and related parts and services.

Lifting requirements and application conditions of roller jib cranes
The Qatar customer sent this inquiry via WhatsApp, stating that another two sets of roller jib cranes were required. The effective length of the arm is 1.3m. The arm is immobilized. Roller jib cranes will be used on the construction roof top to hoist the glass from the ground.
In the early stages, it is approximately 2 ton, the lifting height is 50m (including the underground height), the effective arm length is 2.8m, and the arm does not rotate, according to the parameter information provided by the customer.
Following detailed communications, the following are the final requirements for rolling jib cranes on wheels:
- On the roof, the rolling jib will be used to lift the glass that has been placed on the ground.
- When not in use or when the project is completed, the jib crane must be mobile so that it can be moved to another location.
- The arm does not need to rotate and can be fixed; the maximum lifting capacity is 2t.
- The lifting height is 50 meters (48.16m in building height plus 1.84m of the jib column).
- The roller jib crane's arm is 3 m long.

- This EQ type electric chain hoist's motor has a heat dissipation device, which is more appropriate for this working condition.
- Furthermore, the new ones have an overload limiter to ensure safety during operation.
Extra hoist trolley to balance jib hoist
When the lifting height is 50 meters for the general type electric chain hoist design, the weight of the chain falls is all put together on the right side of the hoist, and the left side of the chain fall hoist is pressed up.
In this case, we added an extra hoist trolley to balance it and keep the jib hoist from tilting.
