The Intelligent Distribution Crane for Steel Pipe is utilized in the steel pipe distribution phase of the steel pipe production line before the frame saw, and it enables the process of recovering flow from a roller table to any designated roller table discharge.

The Intelligent Distribution Crane effectively replaces the simultaneous movement of many slewing arm brackets in the original design. The steel pipe on the roller table is removed and placed on conveying equipment to be transferred to the next roller table, and the swing arm bracket then places the steel pipe on the other roller table. It makes the entire process faster, more accurate, more intelligent, which not only improves production efficiency but also lowers the capital investment in equipment.

  • The crane's main force component is the bridge frame, which uses a double beam double track structure. The major force parts are the main beam and the end beam, while the auxiliary metal structure is made up of trolley track, walking platform, railing, ladder, and other items.
  • Submerged arc welding or gas shielded welding is the primary weld. Welds are detected after welding in accordance with GB/T 14405 - 2011 general overhead crane requirements. The major stress part of the material is Q235B, and the girder section was analyzed using a finite element method calculation system to assure adequate strength, stiffness, and stability.   • On the tread of the bridge frame's walking table, 3mm anti-skid steel plate is used, with a 1050mm rail height on the channel, a distance of 350mm for the horizontal bar, and a 100mm height retaining plate set in the bottom, any place on the railing can withstand 1kN (100kgf) load from any direction without plastic deformation.
  • The lifting lugs and lifting holes are located in the main component to enable transportation, handling, and installation. The strength and location of the hoisting lug and hoisting hole completely consider the safety and convenience of hoisting.
  • The hoisting mechanism's working concept is to employ a motor as the power source, with two drums driven by a reducer variable speed drive and a wire rope winding system to complete the lifting of the hanging beam. A speed reducer is used to drive two or two reel reel stiff connections, ensuring that two hooks are synchronized. The hoisting mechanism's brake uses an electric braking and support braking technique. To ensure safety and reliability, the brake is steady and safe, and the hoisting mechanism is compact and easy to repair.
