The horizontal coil lifter is designed for handling horizontal steel coilsof different specifications in the hot rolling mill and cold rolling mills with capacity from 8 tons to 50 tons. With rotary design, the jaws of coil lifter can be turned over 90°mechanically and electrically, with an electrical detection device or a polyurethane protection device.

Vertical coil lifters is adopted for vertical steel coils loading and unloading in the cover furnace area and any other applications where vertical coil handling required with capacity from 8 tons to 50 tons with the features of reasonable structure, high safety and reliability.

• Counter Balanced C-hook coil lifter -Counter balanced C-hook has a "L" shape dimension with the length of the low part equals the maximum width of the coil roll, offering full support to contacting area of the coil rolls, minimizing the possibility of damaging the inner wraps of coil rolls, etc.
• Motorized Rotating C hook coil lifter-With larger sections and corner radii , the the steel coil hooks can keep stresses to a minimum and provide maximum lifting life. With an electric motor, the motorized rotation C hook coil lifter can carry the steel coil rolls with the rotations of 360 degrees. The rotating coil lift provides additional safe and capability of high precision positioning of steel coils.
• Adjustable C hook coil lifter-The specialized C hook coil lifter are flexible & adjustable with wide application to handle rolls of different sizes.
• Close Stacking C-hook for Narrow Aisles-The C-hook coil lift is designed with shorter lifting arm, widely used for close stacking, which enables the lifting arm of C hook coil lifter without extending beyond the outer edge of the coils within range during operating. The overall width of the coil lift is reduced, decreasing its requirements for aisle space, increasing the capacity of storage.

Electromagnetic coil lifter for coil handling cranes

The electromagnetic coil lifter is designed for steel coil handling, which can be grouped into vertical coil electromagnetic coil lifter, horizontal electromagnetic coil lifter and general use electromagnetic coil lifter which can handle steel coils vertically and horizontally flexibly. High temperature electromagnetic coil lifter are used for vertical or horizontal coil handling at anneal process with temperature from 100℃ to 600℃.

Double leg coil lifters are the most simple, easy to use and economical below-the-hook devices for coil handling cranes.
