Electric hoist gear box is designed for electric wire rope hoists with the capacity of 0.5 ton to 32 ton. It is the part of hoist reducer.The hoist reducer for 0.5 t wire rope hoist is designed with straight tooth planetary rotation mechanism, and others are adopt bevel gears level 3 or level 4 to slow down the speed of electric hoist. The gear and gear shaft adopts 40 Cr or 20 CrMnTi steel with the processing of forging and the heat treatment, all with rolling bearing support. The shell of hoist gearbox reducer is made of cast iron, which is dust proof and reliable.
