Structure features of electric chain hoists

• Separate speed-adjusting system, long-service oil bath lubrication system for the level 2 coaxial transmission speed gear mechanism
• Overload protection is provided by the electric hoist powder metallurgy clutch. The brake disc uses a dc magnetic field to provide stable and rapid braking while producing little noise.

Compared with electric wire rope hoist

The advantage of electric chain hoists is that they have a fixed lifting point, unlike electric wire rope hoists. The chain is not easily snarled due to its small size and ease of installation.

However, the chain hoist's speed is slower compared with rope hoist, making it more suitable for precision operation with placement error within 1 cm. Therefore, the electric chain hoist are widely used in mold factory, wind power station, bicycle manufacturing, and stage performance.

Lifting motor

Lifting chain

Double brake system

• Two sets of brake systems not only reduce the possibility of brake failure, but also increase safety and benefit for heat radiation.
• Electromagnetic brake - This new type of brake has fast and forward direction features. The use of asbestos brake lining significantly increased the maintenance cycle. The braking system has been tested over 22500 times.
• Mechanical brake - Very reliable mechanical braking and electromagnetic brake are mutually coordinated, allowing the electric chain hoist to stop at any time.

• The standard chain electric hoist primarily employs a dependable helical gear, which can extend service lift by reducing meshing impact and vibration.

Control handle with low voltage

The low-voltage standard on chain hoist handles is 24v-36v. Low voltage can effectively protect the operator from being shocked. (The National standard is 24V-36V.)
