Metal Structure

• Main beam is made by I steel, and set on the end beams; monorail trolley travels along the steel;
• End beams are welded by channel steel; the wheels between channel steels travel along rails.

Driving & Driven Wheels

• There are washers between driving wheels and channel steel for adjusting span when installation.

Driving Mechanism

• Flexible coupling composed transmission shafts together, rolling bearing supports them.
• Driving wheel turns following the chain wheel, the make the crane travel.

• Some adjustment is needed when installing trolley according to the specification of Ⅰ steel;
