General requirements & main specifications

Specifications of European style electric single girder overhead cranes

Square steel: 50*30mm, running 40m, two spans, ie 4*40m
Seamless sliding line: 6mm² 1 set of 5ton  HD type electric single girder overhead travelling crane in a working bay
Seamless sliding line: 8mm² 1 set of 5 ton  and 1 set of   6 ton HD type of single girder overhead crane will be installed on t on the other working bay.
C-section steel cable: 4mm² for a  2 ton  low headroom electric chain hoist,   the  complete system  are required including the  15m and 30m C-section steel cable, etc.

Customized features of 5 ton & 6 ton electric overhead crane

All the single girder cranes are required to use the SZW configuration,.
due to the height limitation of the existing  workshop, the main girder and end girder are designed with a seat-mounted connection.
As for the overhead crane hook, an electronic scale is installed.
The factory building facility has been completed, the design drawings of the required single girder eot cranes have been confirmed by the customer, and the production is strictly in accordance with the design drawings
