An underslung crane or under-running overhead travelling crane rides on the lower flange of the crane girder beam, comparing with a top running overhead eot crane.

• Crane Support structure - Under slung overhead travelling cranes can be directly suspended and mounted on the roof structure of the workshop or other overhead beam.
